The Gifts of Christmas is about a little girl who fell in love with winter and the holiday that surrounds it. She goes into great detail of what it felt like to wake up to Christmas morning being encompassed by her big family, and later making snowmen with her siblings. This story uses excellent descriptors which allow the reader to truly feel apart of the scenes. It also depicts a family who love each other and who were best of friends during their childhood.
